Our Common Law Notices/Orders normally allow up to 24 Hours to quit the land, this can be adjusted, subject to the client’s requirements.
Where Travelers/Gypsy’s and Person’s Unknown have not complied with the order and remain on the land, Tow Trucks will be called to assist in the eviction, this happens on an average of one in ten cases*.

At all times we work with local Police Forces, and if at any time we are advised by Police Officers to withdraw on the grounds of personal safety or likely to be a serious breach of the peace, We will withdraw and all fees and charges up to that point will remain due and payable by the client.

The Process
After contacting and instructing us. We will serve papers on Travellers /Gypsy or persons unknown within 24 hrs. (on average within 4 hours of arrival)
This is gives them 24 hours or less to leave your land, if this notice is disregarded, we will re-attend and as Certificated Enforcement Agents (Formally known as Certificated Bailiffs) and supervise the eviction of the Travellers/Gypsy’s or persons unknown.
The Police will be informed and may arrive to prevent a breach of the peace.
If needed we will arrange for the attendance of dog handlers or tow trucks and liaise with you, the additional costs, prior to attendance.
We can also arrange specialist clean up teams, concrete barriers to be installed and security fencing to secure your land.
At all times of the eviction, we will keep the client updated with the process.
