I authorise you to issue Abandoned vehicle/goods notice and act as a booking agent to arrange the disposal of vehicle(s)/goods as described above.

I authorise you to issue Abandoned vehicle / goods notice giving 15 clear days notice to remove vehicle and or goods.

Should the owner of the vehicles / goods not move the vehicles / goods or apply for supervised access or other agreed access within this 15 day period we will give you further written instructions as to the method of disposal of these items.

For so doing this shall be your warrant, authority and indemnity against all actions at law, as well as all costs, charges or expenses which may reasonably be incurred by your execution of this instruction.

We confirm that we are aware this is a complex legal area and have sought professional legal advice regarding the disposal of the vehicles / goods and the allocation of any funds raised. We can also confirm that this situation sits outside the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.
